TSER is a customized cleaning program to support TurnAround, Shutdown, and Emergency Response applications. Chemistries are selected based on laboratory analyses and proven results to ensure optimal performance and HSE.
Effective as a fine cleaning solution to expose welds and remove any residual heavy hydrocarbon in preparation for API Inspection. Ideal in circulation at the concentration for accelerating a pumpable slurry in situations of solidified tank bottoms mixed with hydrocarbon cutter intended for capture and client recycling.
Heavy-duty degreasing formula containing no water, making it 100% active. Strips away pure hydrocarbon material or mixed material containing asphaltenes or paraffins. Utilized in tanks with liquified bottoms to accurately measure the asphaltene dissolution rate and can be used in conjunction with an onsite slop oil process.

TSER DGH has the same scavenging ability with the added benefit of freeze protection to -40°F. The product has a water-soluble H2S scavenger solution that rapidly and permanently reacts with H2S to remove it from the solution and vapor space. Because of the reaction, toxic H2S will not be released from the solution with changes in pH. H2Sol will also react with and remove LEL from the vapor space as an added benefit.
